The distribution is free.
You pay for people and guarantees.
Everything the distribution does is open source, Apache-2.0, with no gated features and no open-core split. Money changes hands when you want our hands: deployment, migration, emergencies — or the per-node subscription.
Fixed-scope engagements, delivered by the people who build the distribution
Every engagement ends with a written runbook your team keeps.

Based in the EU · invoices with VAT · response within one business day. Not sure which fits? Describe your situation at hello@keelinfra.io and you'll get an honest answer — including "you don't need us" when you don't.
Self-hosted subscription — $1,500 per node, per year
For teams that run the distribution themselves and want someone on the hook for the boring, critical parts:
Offline / air-gapped bundles
All install and upgrade artifacts packaged for environments with no internet at deploy time.
CVE tracking
When an upstream CVE affects deployments made by this distribution, you get the version bump and the required operator actions.
Tested upgrade runbooks
Step-by-step runbooks for every supported path — the same ones our nightly CI matrix executes.
Direct access
You talk to the engineers who build keelinfra, not an account manager. EU business hours.
Straight answers
Do I need the subscription to run keelinfra?
No. The distribution is complete without it — install, upgrades, drills, monitoring, everything. The subscription adds offline bundles, CVE guidance and people.
Per node vs per user — the math
A 3-node HA cluster serving 50,000 users is $4,500/year. A managed tier at $599/month is $7,188/year before add-ons — and per-MAU vendors charge multiples of that. Growth costs you nothing here.
What does "fixed scope" mean?
We agree on the deliverables and the price before work starts. If it takes us longer, that's our problem, not your invoice.
What are your support hours?
EU business hours, response within one business day. Emergency help is best-effort — we do not sell a 24/7 SLA we cannot staff honestly.
Invoicing?
EU-based, invoices with VAT. Standard rails — no procurement portal required.
